Product Review: Bolero Margarita Dress

October 5th, 2017

"The Margarita dress utilizes a circle skirt with pockets like Carmen and Erica, making it perfect for anyone wanting to conceal a lower tummy or hips. *raises hand* However, the softness of the fabric and the perfection of the drape also works beautifully on straighter figures too. In general, the eponymous Erica dress is the crowd favorite at the store and tends to work across all body types and sizes, and Margarita borrows the concept with a special twist at the top. Instead of a faux-wrap neckline, Margarita features a fitted bodice leading to an on or off the shoulder short-sleeved peasant top. At the center, the neckline connects with a tie piece worthy of any salsa dancer or pirate or pirate who also salsa dances."

Jenny Rieu: Bolero Beachwear the busty friendly brand.

"The minute I laid eyes on the Ponti Di Roma, it evoked Sophia Loren or movies like La Dolce Vita. I love its rich red color and the fact that the fabric was curve hugging but I didn’t feel crushed in my dress."

Product Review: Bolero Separates & the Bonus Dress

November 17, 2016
...all the pieces are 100% made in the USA under ethical working conditions by a woman-owned business.  Your dollars are going directly toward families here in the US working hard to achieve success, and you can wear and enjoy Bolero pieces for years to come because of the outstanding quality.  The fabrics are all a poly-blend which never winkles, travels easily, and washes/dries fast. When I take weekend trips, these are my go-to pieces for packing since I never need a garment bag.

Product Review: Bolero Wrap & Erica Dresses

October 16, 2015
...The Erica dress, in my humble opinion, is not only one of Bolero’s best designs but is also one of the most flattering silhouettes across designers. And I promise I don’t just feel this way because it bears my name. First, the 3/4 sleeve length is exceptionally flattering, particularly for women who feel self-conscious bearing their upper arms. With that said, I think the dress would look beautiful in a sleeveless version too...

Full Bust Friendly Dress Review: the Maxi Dress by Bolero Beachwear

August 20, 2014

...What really makes these dresses work is the level of detail in the design. All dresses come with a drawstring that allows you to adjust the neckline for as much (or as little) coverage as you want. The upper sections of each dress are lined as well, which means you can wear a bra with a pattern or a bright color under them and it won’t show through. I wish all dresses were designed this thoughtfully!...
